The season started last night. The "kickoff" game was the Pittsburgh Steelers versus the Miami Dolphins. It was a good game. The Steelers won. Most of the rest of the first weekend games will be played this coming Sunday the 10th. There is also a game on Sunday night, the NY Giants versus the Indi Colts, which is highly advertised since brothers are QB's for each team, Payton Manning and Eli Manning. Payton is the best QB and Eli is good, so it will be entertaining. The game is on Sunday night on NBC at 8:30 pm EST. Indi may go to the Super Bowl, and the Giants are a playoff caliber team. Watch that one.

Monday Night Football returns this year. For many years, decades, it was on ABC. This year for the very first time it is on ESPN. If you can get ESPN HD in your area, get it. You will be amazed at the picture ! Anyway, Monday night football acutally has 2 games for the very first time. The 1st game is Washington versus Minnesota I think, 2 mediocre teams so the game will probably be boring. It is on 7:00 EST. The 2nd game is Oakland versus San Diego, a good rivalry and likley will be a very good game. It is on at 10:15 EST. Catch some of that game if you can.

As an av it major football fan, I'm sure preseason starts August and as Pro Football fans know just yesterday, Sept, 7th was the first televised Pro game played against the Miami Dolphins and the Pittsburgh Steelers. I myself love football, I religiously follow my Dallas Cowboys, regardless of any losses. True fan indeed! Many wives ought to learn more about the game, so that they won't be lonely and lost without their spouse during football season. We as a family, wear our football T-shirts and go our to a family oriented sports pub where they cater to both adults and children. Great atmosphere, no smoking allowed, and better yet we all have a great time together.

NFL (National Football League) opened last night with the Pittsburgh Steelers beating the Miami Dolphins. My husband looks forward to the first game of the season every year. Now you should have plenty of football to watch every Sunday (all day) and Monday night.

Are you ready for some football?!
