Probably drinking a cup of piss, thinking it was beer. And everybody knew it was and did not say anything because the joke was on you. And when the night was over, nobody still said anything and you wonder why people did not want to talk to you the entire night. So the joke would still be on you. That has to be embarrasing.
Or having the cops raid the party and you are the only one who gets arrested. People will always be like, "how in the world did he get caught?".
EDIT: To the post below me. That's nothing(not the outcome, but what they did). My friends were at a club one night(I was not there) and one of my friends put acid in one of the other friend's drink. This guy has never tripped and ever since this guy has been very terribly messed up in the head. And they never told him so we was tripping while drunk and did not even know. Now he is just BUGGED OUT. Been like that for over 5 years now. If he were to shoot somebody, he could easilly plead insanity. The f*cked up part about it is every time I see him the first thing that pops up in my mind is, "look what they did to him!". I can go to my grave knowing that a man actually did that to him. Now that is just messed up. Mentally damaged for LIFE!

But this guy next door to me in high school. He went to sleep drunk high passed out, And the other kids decided to sodomize him with a hot dog wiener. that guy just hasn't been the same since. I feel really bad for the dude people still **** with him about it to this day. they leave hot dog wieners on his window sill and stuff.
Pretty ****** up huh. Now the guy is a crack head that hates the world.

Getting drunk and then making a fool out of yourself and passing out. Then when you wake up that embarrasing stuff that you didn't see because you were passed out will come back to you.

you get so wasted that you pass out, people at the party take advantage and wither make you over with shaving cream or girl's makeup, strip you even, take pictures and then they end up all over the internet.
