i want to put it in blender a little bit

you don't need to put it in a blender, just give it to him/her. It practically melts in the mouth. Make sure you do check the ingredients, just because there is no salt, doesn't mean it's not fried, with MSG or other junk. Plain ones should be fine.

Nori seems to be a type of seaweed... (Google is your friend, folks.) It should be fine as long as there's no other chemicals in it. Check where it's from, as well, as toxins in the water which it was grown in could be an issue. A toddler is much more susceptible to these toxins than an adult would be.

At 10 months you should be able to start giving your child a little bit of all kinds of food. By the time mine had reached their first birthday, they were off of all baby food and on table food. Just be careful of choking hazards and let the little guy start to experiment with your food.
