These are both untrue. The Quran does not ever have that quote and there is no chapter/verse 9:11 in the Quran.
The Q33 NY thing is cool, but Q33 NY is not a legitimate flight number...on 9/11 or any other day.

AND! OMG!!! How could we miss this? (BTW the first plane to hit the towers was NOT Q33 but Flight 11)
Here's to show that if you work at it hard enough everything will make sense (?)
The date of the attack: 9/11 - 9 + 1 + 1 = 11
September 11th is the 254th day of the year: 2 + 5 + 4 = 11
After September 11th there are 111 days left to the end of the year.
119 is the area code to Iraq/Iran. 1 + 1 + 9 = 11
Twin Towers — standing side by side, looks like the number 11
The first plane to hit the towers was Flight 11
But ....There's More.......
State of New York - The 11th State added to the Union
New York City — 11 Letters
Afghanistan — 11 Letters
The Pentagon — 11 Letters
Ramzi Yousef — 11 Letters (convicted of orchestrating the attack on the WTC in 1993)
Flight 11 — 92 on board - 9 + 2 = 11
Flight 77 — 65 on board - 6 + 5 = 11

Nice wingdings trick there! However, it isn't a prophecy. People are just really good at finding strange patterns and correlations. Have you ever heard about the Bible Code, how they arranged the hebrew letters in special rectangles and then took certain patterns that seemed to refer to Hitler and Osama Bin Laden and so on? Well, recently some mathematicians got together and did some similar things to a Beatles song and found all sorts of 9/11 references. It seems you can take just about anything and if you rearrange it enough times, you'll be able to find secret messages saying whatever you like.

I'm sorry but you are wrong about the flight number.
American Airlines flight 11, a Boeing 767, tail number N334AA, with 92 people aboard, including the hijackers, was said to be hijacked by 5 Arabs, while on route from Boston to LA. It was reported to be hijacked by 8.25 AM or earlier, and reported to hit the Nth tower of the WTC at 8.46.
The rest of question is a similar error.
There were no Arabs involved. It was an inside job
If you seriously wish to do some research, and draw a conclusion based on known facts , you might start at the site listed below.

Myth Buster results:
First of all, notice that “Koran” is not spelled correctly, but don’t feel alone – the media and others in the West have been doing it for some time. The correct spelling is “Qu’ran.”
Second, notice the chapter-verse [surah] number “9-11” – coincidence?
Here is the REAL verse from Surah 9-11: “But [even so], if they repent, establish regular prayers, and practice regular charity,- they are your brethren in Faith: [thus] do We explain the Signs in detail, for those who understand.”
And, the eagle is not mentioned in the Qu’ran - ANYWHERE, maybe because the bird is only found in North America.
: False in respect of Qu’ran, Sutra 9-11.

Prophecy? Yes. Messages from the gods? Sometimes, but not always. As a species, we have been indoctrinated by Judeo-Christian theological belief to believe that dreams are nothing but fanciful subconscious entertainment, if that. Fact is that we have been given some very potent powers that we have, mostly, forgotten how to use. We know that we have this power at a very early age, but are told that we don't so often that we begin to believe it. But the toughest thing that we do, when we do understand that we have these powers, is to tell the difference between our subconscious trying to tell us something, entertain us, or a dream of prophecy. To know the difference between the three, one needs to have proper training by someone who knows how to tell the difference, since very rarely is a prophetic dream so obvious that everyone can know it for what it is.

If you'd bother to check these out on any one of several places, we wouldn't have to look at this.
Quran 9:11
Claim: Quranic verse 9:11 speaks of the "wrath of the Eagle cleansing the lands of Allah."
Status: False.
Also, Bill Gates won't share his fortune if you foward an email.

I don't think any prophecy can justify mass murder. When I was younger I used to wonder about why so many people supported Hitler and why weren't his evil intentions nipped in the bud?
But now when I see people on the same path all over again, seeking refuge in religion to justify their evil deeds so that all scepticism can be curbed and termed blasphemous, I understand that the devil never stops taking advantage of the incredulity of people.
Let's not be the witnesses of an era that worshipped not religion and tolerance but blood and murder. Let us not do acts that will make our successors spit on our graves!

The Quran is also in accordance with the bible in that there would be a great war against Isreal then there will be a peace treaty and then there will be 7 years of peace in the middle east. After those 7 years is when the tribulation, and armeghedon is supposed to begin, and the end of the world.
