As per your history u have irregular cycles...with so mny Urine pregnancy tests (UPT) are negative...Mst likely ...it is merely representing delayed menses which is frequent in ladies with irregular menses.
TO AVOID " FALSE POSITIVE" RESULTS of UPT....
1) Perform it on early mornig FIRST urine sample of day... other sample likely to be "FALSE NEGATIVE" (means even when there is pregnancy)
2) UPT is performed after 20 days after ovulation...means "a week later" than ur expected day of menses
In your case...other rare possibilities cn b...
1) u jst pregnant of a week or two now...hence previou UPT's were negative
2) u became pregnant but embryo died..MISSED ABORTION
DEFINATIVE TEST TO RELEIVE YOUR QUERRY is sinlge "sonography scan by Expert"

It isn't very common but it does happen. I took 3 before finally getting a positive Blood test result.
You should make an appointment for a blood test because if you are pregnant ,4 months with no prenatal care could be very bad for the baby. There are tests that are needed in these crucial first months.
It only takes a few minutes to get blood drawn. Don't wait!

4 months without period.. you really need to see the doctor. Go see a Doctor. The chances are very slim that the tests are inaccurate since you have done so.. many of the tests and got the same results.

Four months and you have not seen a doctor. Go to the doctor asap. You need to be checked out and if you are pregnant need testing to make sure the baby is healthy. Stop putting this off and find out what is going on.

Try a blood test next time. The home test are about 98% accurate if used and first morning urine.

the best thing to do now is go to your ob/gyn.......even if you are not pregnant there has to be an explaination as to why you have gone 4 months without your period....and if you are pregnant you need pre-natal care for you and the babies health....please go to your doctor and if you dont have an ob/gyn contact a local hospital and ask if they have a physician referral service(usually at no charge) that they can use to provide you with the name of a competant ob/gyn.......good luck
