What airline has the best rate from SF,CA to Manila, Philippines for December?

Specifically a roundtrip ticket non-stop. Also a connecting flight to Roxas City would also be nice. Ticket is for one adult.

Go to expedia.com or travelocity and type in your flight plan. They would usually give you a list of flights from different airlines and then you could choose the best one.

The other way is to go to the airline's website and see if they have a connecting flight to the city you want to be in.

Not sure about rates but I don't think any of the airlines go non-stop to the philippines. I just came back on Cathay Pacific. A little on the expensive side but worth it. Great service.
