I think you should tell him the truth that you should be master not tell him he should just sit in the back give you the answers because in truth you are the boss dude you are the God the creater of all things, ****** are flaws made by God when he had nothing else to do, tell the man how you truly feel dude thats what I would do.You are an idiot May God have mercy on your soul and show you the light before you die

Um, most offices the best plan is to keep it to business, leave race, sex, age, religion and sexual orientation out of it.
Think about it, trying to "suck" up on the basis of any of those other catagories would be just as wierd...
"I think your better than me, and others because your______"
"genitals are different than mine."
"birthday is signifigantly before or after mine."
"choice of god, or not to believe is wiser than my conviction."
"because you choose to have sexual relations with someone whose genitals match your own."
All of them sound rediculous...
Instead:
Availability, Aimiability, Ability.
In that order...
1. Show up, on time. Go in when they call for overtime.
2. Smile, don't be grumpy. Don't talk bad about anyone, don't spread negitivity.
3. Be good at your job. Accept change. Learn new things when you need to.
You will be their favorite employee if you can actually manage those three deceptivly simple things.
