Well, likely as not it's a US produced film.
The US seem to live such a dull existence that they love to make blood and gore films of war, death and destruction. They create and believe the moralising messages of their fictional Rambos and Supermen. They are totally superb at creating make believe - just look at Disney World. It's all overblown, exaggerated, puffed up bullshite, that reflects their national character.
They cannot seem to define the line between reality and fantasy. The philosophical saying, "mythos before logos" comes to mind. In recent years they've had a few reality shocks, which may have been a self-fulfilling phrophecy of sorts, and this film might just fall into this category.

Checked it out it's called "Death of a President,” also scheduled to be shown at the Toronto Film Festival in September, focuses on all those linked to the pretend crime.
It will be shown on More4.....
The program uses actors and digital manipulation of real footage to show a fictional account of Mr. Bush being gunned down after delivering a speech in Chicago, Peter Dale, the head of More4, told a news conference
I can imagine the americans Fuming at what they considered as un-patriotic or Un-American

Of course, everything political like that will at least cause outrage among SOME Americans. It doesn't outrage me in the least; it's just a movie.

I wonder how many of you are old enough to recall the assasination of Kennedy.
There were many people who didn't like him. He was the one that screwed up the Bay of Pigs thing (among other missteps). His policies opened the door to the Vietnam war. He ignored Civil Rights until America's anger at events in the south forced his hand. He had less self discipline than Bill Clinton.
But he was the President of the United States. And America was shocked, grieved and angered at his passing. Few were happy to see "the back of him". How dare anyone take a gun and remove from office anyone who the majority of Americans placed there? Those who do spit on all of us.

What is the purpose of this film other than to incite? Can you imagine the furor if a Conservative made a film in which Hillary Clinton was assassinated?
Can you see how sick and demented Leftist Liberals are? Liberalism is truly a dangerous mental disorder that is not only self destructive but will take the rest of us down with them.

Personally I am glad it is causing outrage. I can't wait to view it here in the UK. I am wondering if this is an OMEN.........???
Yes, I would be glad to see the back of him.......not necessarily in the way the film will portray it...............but out of office and charged with war crimes for sure! I think I speak for a lot of people.

let's see the film first. it's not meant to just show him assassinated, but reflect how we as americans have changed since 9-11 and to what degree.

I don't think it's causing any outrage; no one has even heard of this "film", how can they be outraged?
