Italian men have a reputation already as passionate and romantic, and as men who love women. That's something women find attractive in and of itself. The stereotypical Italian man is dark and has that sexy look (see the photos for an example) -- even Italian men who aren't really that facially good-looking come off as being sexy.

On top of all that, soccer is extremely popular, and being somewhat unknown in America, American women are likely to find soccer players intriguing. Many women are tired of the American football/basketball jocks who make millions so they can mistreat women and do drugs (and yes, I know they are not all like that, but that's what you hear about).

First off all of them are talented and amazing players! they worked so hard to win World Cup! and they did it!



The Italian players basically the whole squad is effin hot I cannot put into words how hot they are!! They have the best personalities ever! Their funny! I dont understand how people hate them!

Italy is always perceived to be a country of "romance" - perhaps because of the many artists, composers, etc. whom were natives of Italy, along with other aspects of their vibrant culture and history.

There was even an article on the FIFA World Cup tournament website about an Italian singer who was extremely romantic... oh, Patrizio Buanne (here's the link: http://fifaworldcup.yahoo.com/06/en/060708/1/8nk5.html). So, the "stereotype" of Italians is that they are very passionate, and are romantic beyond words.

They also happen to be very talented at football/soccer, as well. Athletic ability is *supposed* to be another aspect we find attractive, I guess.

On top of all that, they're just good-looking... and how many people are a) romantic and passionate; b) talented footballers; c) good-looking, all at the same time? =D

Why you ask?? Personally I find them beautiful as far as not just their looks but by the way they play. Italian men just like Italian women are very passionate, romantic. Italian men know how to treat their women. Therefore their charm has always caught my attention. Lol, Italian women including myself we are sensual and a hopeless romantic, we know how to treat our men. As for any other woman that loves the Italian team I couldnt tell ya:)

I don't only love the Italian footballers because they are sooooooooo HOT, but because they are terrific football players with skill and they are the most passionate and loyal players. I adore them because I am Italian and a loyal fan of the azzurri.
