The is the most innovative thing to date, just by the concept of the wiimote and the virtual console philosophy. I personally cannot wait to get my hands on it. The possibilities are endless for it, and because of recent polls taken by Joystick.com, where people were asked what systems they are going to buy, over %50 percent of the 30,000 people that participated said that they would be getting the wii60 combo, meaning a wii and an xbox 360. another %20 said that they were just going to be getting the wii. Therefore it is safe to assume, that with just the amount of people who will be getting the system at launch, that the wii is going to be a success

It will be a hit! Nintendo has done the Wii Remote as the answer to traditional controllers still existant to the Xbox 360 and the when-will-it-come-out-finally PS3 like Nintendo did to Atari's joystick controller. You, the gamer, will be part of the controller because of the way you move and the way you move the remote. I can be glad that Nintendo can let you hook up GameCube controllers because I don't know how you can play with the remote in Super Smash Bros Brawl. But yeah, the Wii will be a hit and if you don't have an Xbox 360 yet, then you can buy that and a Wii (If you have enough money for it though).
