Maybe you should look for something else in women right now, or in your job. If having someone pretty to look at is a serious priority, change jobs. But I doubt a woman would care for someone who finds what he considers ugly women intolerable.

Hahaha that is so wrong. I think I would probably be in your office. Are they competely unbearably ugly as in you cant even talk to them because the ugly just oozes? or ugly as in you just cant look at them because they arent that attractive to you? I need specifics....
Besides date outside your office or hang up some hot chick pics....
