try using tweezers to get it out. if that doesn't work put some vaseline on it with a bandaid and leave that on over night in the morning it should have helped push out the piece of glass far enough you should be able to get it out with the tweezers. and if you are ok with needles get a needle that you use for sewing, clean the needle and try getting the piece of glass out with that. good luck

Welll, if you can take the pain then it will eventually fester and the formation of pus will probably carry it out when it breaks open(icky, eh?) OR the other suggestions are a possibility. IF it is something you can touch you may be able to remove it with duct tape; after all that does work on insect stingers...good luck.

This happened to me once, and I didn't remove it initially. The foot formed a callus around it My dad had to sand away at the callous to get to the glass! (fortunatlely it was only stuck in old rough skin.) But once it was removed my foot got back to normal.

So yes, initially your probably going to have to perform some needle surgery to get it out, then use antiseptics and bandage.

use a sterilised pin or needle ( dip in some surgical spirit or burn it with a lighter to sterilize it) to punture the skin a make space for the glass piece to come out. Then carefully remove the glass with the tip of the pin. once removed, put some spirit on to the wound.

Take a piece of tape and gently put it on your foot and take it off a few times and maybe it'll come out.

I would suggest a trip to your doctor or the nearest ER. Messing with it could push it deeper, and there's always the threat of infection. Go let the experts deal with it.
