I think Pisces like all the signs of the Zodiac has positive and negative characteristics. So, this is the fair and accurate and truthful way to understand the signs.
However, please remember the Scorpio (the most POWERFUL sign) of the zodiac has the power of the Phoenix.
The power of rebirth after being destroyed so Scorpio is indestructible.

I am a Pisces,I wouldn't say we are the best sign,but it is the only sign that contains a little of each of the other eleven signs,which some people would say has an advantage over other signs.

its supposed to be the most "learned" sign, because its at the end of the cycle and is supposed to have overcome all the lessons and challenges that the other signs haven't yet learned.The zodiac is like a lifecycle,with Aries as a newborn baby and Pisces the 'old person'...however,most Pisceans think that means that they don't have to try or learn anything...so they end up having the least experience of all!

i've never heard that lol. pisces are wonderful, loyal friends though. geminis are typically the most popular sign in many aspects i've seen
