cut a lemon in half and after you have squeezed the juice out of them rubbed the skins on your elbows everyday exfoliate your elbows and use a good dryskin moisturiser like st ives swedish formula or vaseline intensive care always exfoliate them when you have a bath rub baby oil onto your skin before drying that locks in moisture and this should help but it won,t work over night takes time

It may sound grim but Urea is the original and best way of treating problem dry skin, ask your pharmacist to reccommend a cream with a strong urea base. This will sort it out
I would also like to look at your diet, are you eating enough oily fish? if not i reccommend you take a supplement regularly (hemp oil and linseed oil are very good) to sort the problem out from the inside
Best of luck

Use a foot cream like kerasal, it has ingredients in it that exfoliate quickly. If it will work on crusty feet, it will work on goat elbows. Good luck.

goats elbows - youre so funny! no seriously, erm, try vaseline, cocoa butter, olive oil and other rich moisturisers. might also help to drink more water and keep your elbows covered to protect them from the elements drying them out.

Don't know what goat elbows look like....but if they're dark. Cut a lemon in half. Sprinkle salt on it and rub it into your elbow...... And if you have any leftovers...find a bottle of tequilla and have yourself a party!

Aloe Vera, not the crap you buy in the store but from an actual Aloe Vera plant, works wonders with all kinds of stuff. Vasiline Intensive care also work good for that kind of stuff.
