Who am I going to believe, A) the soldiers that are there now and the Iraqi government, who say there is no civil war, or B) everyone else.

Now, think about this point: Civil War in Iraq is not becuase of political or economic reasons, Its is becuase of religious reasons. It will be stopped if Nabi comes back and say who is his follower, which will never happen. So Iraq civil war is a religious war which can only stopped by no one.
