George Bush - North Pole, Alaska, United States. Seriously, this is a city near Fairbanks, Alaska.

But seriously, the north pole (both geographic and magnetic) are located in the Arctic Ocean, so in international territory. There is no president of this area.

The North Pole has a King.

It is in Sovereign Norwegian territory.

But here is the real issue. Why is George Bush not bringing democracy to the elves.

The north pole is not over a body of land, but water. There is no country there; hence no president.

the north pole is not a country, hell, it's not even land. It's just frozen over Ice. As for the South pole, there is a treaty signed that no country can claim owner of Antartica, so no president there either.

Don't believe what they say, Santa would never live in the North Pole. He lives in Lapland, hence there is a themepark. There's no themepark in the north pole, so obviously he doesn't live there!
