Well, it depends on which Sean Paul you are referring to. One of them is more reggae, but not true reggae. Sean Paul of the Youngbloodz is hiphop.

That's funny you asked because someone referred to him as a rapper not too long ago. And I was like, he's not a rapper, but I guess in a sense he is. He's not a singer. So my answer would be that he is both. Perhaps they should make up a term that combines to the two styles of music together.
