Different people have different experiences, and know different things. Many times questions are asked where people need information. For instance I am English and live on the island of Cebu Philippines. So yes I can help with information requests on this or other topics.
Sometimes in perusal one comes up with a question and you think yes why is that, so you read the answers given.
Sometimes you have to think why is the person asking this question, and you feel sure the real question he/she wants to ask is different.
There are even people who go around being abusive to people who have given good information, obtaining two points, and not giving any useful information themselves.
