Can I cut a file in parts inorder 2 fit it in a VCD...???

k..i need 2 write a Vcd but the file size is 773mb..wheras the cd's space is 700mb..is there neway that the file can b cut in parts 2 fit it in 2 cds???....in VCD's not DVD...

I know there are programs that do that for you but usually they work at the same time as encoding the movie. Check out this website, it has all kinds of information on encoding movies, splitting VCD files and such and how to make good copies of the movies you own.

You can also try Video Convert Master, it says it can split VCD videos and there is a free trial.
