If you are an elf and writing your autobiography, I suggest facts along with a joke per every third or fourth page or cute anecdotes.

If you are a human writing a fictional book, then I suggest you study elves. Go to the library and request all books on elves, fiction and non-fiction. Read them all so you know what has been believed and what has been done before in fiction. Then decide what you believe and what would make the basis for good stories. Jot notes on your story idea. Flesh it out until it will make a book/full story. Outline your story or chapters. Write the book. Submit it to publishers or post it on the web (your choice). Keep trying if you want in published until you get one to publish it. Then tell me how to get hold of a copy or where you posted it so I can read it!

Um. First, I think you should do research on cultures that involve elves. Then, incorporate your information into paragraphs that make sense. Finally, use the most common facts to construct a believable environment.
OR!
Find an elf, ask it questions, and call it "Elf Interviews". Not a joke!

Yes, make sure to tell include how short they are and that Santa only allows them to wear red and white. They can ONLY eat candy canes and drink Hot Chocolate. Oh and don't forget that they have cute little pointy ears. Good Luck! I hope it's a best seller. Good Lord! Get a life
