Hello,
I don't know what could be your opinion on that, my close colleague and employee (I am his boss) added the name of my girlfriend on his contact list , which was supposed to be my confidential contact ...When I asked him, if he knew her, he told , it is by accident that he added this address on his contact list , and that he receive a mail and address has started to add automatically on his messengers... Probably, he doesn't know if he was my girlfriend ..My girlfriend told me about that ..and I discovered, it was him ...I tried to believe him, but this situation is causing silent tension between me and my colleague ...
I'm stressed because of that, ..I trust my girlfriend, but I still have maniac ideas that he may still be talking to my gf on my back ..but, I know it's not true, and he has introduced doubt in my relationships with my girlfriend ...I cannot fire someone because of that ...What do you think I should do in this type of fragile situation ..?

Sounds like a very embarrassing situation for everyone.
I’m glad you said it was your ‘girlfriend’ and not your wife…
I will assume you are not married, with the girlfriend as a side-dish!!!

I don’t know how you can say that you still trust your girlfriend, when she obviously cheated on you.
The only way to tackle the problem is to eliminate the middle ground. In this situation, it is the girlfriend… Dump her. If she chooses to go with your colleague, then so be it. Let her cheat on him instead of you !!!

I suspect that once you dump your girlfriend, your colleague will become too uncomfortable to choose to remain in your employment.

I would first off get to the bottom if they actually know each other...set up a meeting with both of them..see how they act...secondly try and keep Your personal life and professional life apart..deal with this problem after work hours.
