2 weeks ago, i had a miscarriage. My dr took blood on a wed and fri. It had cut in half and the dr was really pleased with my progress. he though it would be down to normal in a couple days. I went back in yesterday and my levels (previously 333.6) went up (364.1). It had been 14 days and had plently of time to go down. THey are having me take more blood on Sat but i wanted to know what this could possibly mean. The nurse was of no help to me.

Being a military brat, and Prior USAF I know that the OB's on base sometimes aren't that informative.
I'd call and get a 2nd opinion. One of my best friends had the same thing happen with her baby. It ultimately meant that her body wasn't producing enough hormones to support the pregnancy, but after her miscarriage they gave her a D&C. (this was her 3rd loss.)
Even with military insurance, you have the right to see a specialist off-base. How many weeks were you? Did you have a D&C afterward?

Can you call the doctors office, or perhaps an OB's office thats not on the army base (iam assuming your name hints to your lifestyle.) usually they can answer such questions over the phone even without knowing you as a patient.

if I was you I would call a different doctor for a 2ND opinion that NEVER hurts. When I had my miscarriage mine went down and I NEVER had any trouble after that. that is WORRIED BEST WISHES!
