I have problems taping my wrist. It's either too tight or too lose. Can anybody help out

Seriously...first start at your outer wrist joint and cross over through the space between your thumb and index finger then across your palm around and back to the opposite side of your wrist continue doing this pattern lowering the crossing point till you are wrapping around your thumb then just switch to going around and up your arm until 3 " above the wrist joint ..this will give you the sturdiest support of your wrist ...
