I don't think so in the respective I think your question was asked. But I did read the other day that they have a device that the can implant in a person's skull, so they could be tracked if they were kidnapped or just lost.

Eventually, yes. Thats wat nanotech is all about, minituarization. Although i hope its not as crude as having antennas poking out all over the place.
