Pay Pal and international laws? Is it the best option to send money overseas?

I want to send money to Brazil but pay little or no fees and taxes. Anyone use pay pal or other service to their satisfaction?

I always use Pay Pal for my transactions and have been more than pleased. Their fees are minimal, compared to other methods.

I have used PayPal to send money to quite a large number of countries, including Brazil. I have been uniformly pleased with its convenience, and have literally experienced no problems in thousands of transactions.

There is no fee to the sender to use PayPal - the recipient pays all fees.
