A toughy, but I think I would have to go for Frasier. Good question.

the inter reactions between Frasier and his family and peers is arguably much better in Frasier, but cheers is the show id prefer was restarted as a modern show with a possibly with a new cast and writers could use some of the old ones it's not like any of the characters would stop drinking in a bar :P it's storyline were much better than many of the ones in friends in the coffee shop

Frasier, but I'm probably only saying that because I was too young for Cheers when it was first aired.

frasier for me. i never got used to cheers or its characters or its humour. frasier has better characters and the storylines were far superior to cheers and even friends. i didn't like that show too much either. love frasier, martin, roz, daphne and niles- they are a hoot to watch! especially niles who is my favourite character on that sitcom! he just cracks me up!

I think Frasier, It's very funny plus you get Niles whose just insane. It's great!

Frasier is better and my favourite is niles especially the episode where he cracks up and ends up stripping
