I need to get a Cell phone for my daughter to use. What is the best service provider in Toronto?? I would prefer a Pay as you go, but I was looking at Virgin Mobile and that seems to be a good deal.

I gave my nephew a Virgin phone. He loves it and I love it because it makes him responsible for paying for use. Basically if he doesn't have the money he doesn't use the phone.

Certainly Virgin is the cheapest. Not a great range of phones yet, but the service seems stable and they have a few Pay as You Go price plans too.
If you want a decent choice of phones try Telus for PAYG
