Congratulations on finding a job you enjoy. For most people, that's the hardest part.
1)Were the mistakes you made a result of poor training by your company? If so, they're less likely to be harsh on you if you're still learning the job.
2)Do you arrive on time? Stick to the work schedule? Being punctual and flexible will make you valuable - compared to co-workers who can't do either.
3)Are you communicating? Do you ask questions or make suggestions regarding your duties? You need to develop good communication skills with your supervisor and coworkers. Being a quiet, hard worker is not enough
4)It's likely in 3 days your supervisor hasn't made any general decisions about your employment. You are still in a trial period so you need to stay focused on your duties and ask questions to learn more.
Good luck...

you are beating yourself up for nothing. you have only been there for three days, not 3 years. Just keep trying and do your best. The key to that is that your boss sees that you are willing and trying. keep a little memo book (pocket size) and whatever they tell you and if you feel you need to write it down so you will remember do so. If anyone asks or even insinuates that it is not that serious, you let them know that it is that serious for you. you want to make sure that you get it, or understand. People appreciate someone who honestly tries, instead of someone who complains. good luck and relax

Make sure you understand what happened when you make a mistake so you can correct it. Keep working hard. Remember, your hard work, personality, and dedication are all important aspects too - not just the number of your mistakes.

Good Luck
