You know that the most common cause of nausea during pregnancy is dehydration. Most people don't realize it. Crackers, ginger, and pregnancy pops (Lotty pops made for preg. women/nausea). The first thing to try is a couple of glasses of water.

I found that eating saltine crackers works on nausea. I have also been told that if you eat some before getting out of bed in the morning will prevent nausea. It worked for me. Try it.

sucking on crystalized ginger (health food stores) helped me I got that tip from a nurse that ginger helps counter act the gag reflex so you feel less likely to be nauseous or throw up. Also "Curiously Strong Altoids" makes a ginger chew that may help too.

I use to drink ginger-ale and eat ginger snaps. That worked the best for me. I heard eating smaller meals more often and keeping hydrated will help keep the nausea away.

They make fantastic bands that you put around your wrists. They have a little ball on them and you place it to a pressure point. I was nausious all day every day for a month until I started using them. I think they're called sea-bands? ask a pharmacist.
they were a miracle for me

Saltine crackers, but if it gets severe, then ask your doctor for something. It usually passes after the first trimester.
