the only way i know of is if the picture has a web address for instance if you see any picture on the web, you can right click it and go to properties and itll show you the web address
the way to paste is this formula:



if you dont wanna attach one of your own pictures, you can go to imageshack.com and upload your picture there and theyll give you the new web address for it then do what i just said.


oh and i know this is correct with 99.9% of emailing services, because it is basic html

the other answers are really not right. except ihace never copied and pasted an image on another site. hmm. try mine plz and give me best answer points!

it can be done only if the image you wanted to paste is available on any other site. Go to that site righht click the image and copy it (if that site allows to copy) and paste it into compose box. Thats it.

it is not possible at gmail or yahoo.
You can attached it only. But,

you can put an image in your email in outlook express.
