i forgot my birthday date i wrote when i registerd

I am having the same problem. The problem is if you don't still use the same email like I do. I registered on one email account 6 years ago and do not have that same carrier. I can't remember the answer to my question and I can't have them send me the password to my old email.
I got a new ID....it sucked but I had to do it. I wish sometimes Yahoo had an actual phone number with an actual person you could talk to about problems like this. It would really help.

if you forgot your birthdate you can go to the "feedback form" option in the forgot password window and fill up your own personal question to yahoo.
yes! of course you can, just go to the 'forgot password" option at the sign in window and fill up your personal identification like b-day, zip and teritory.

You forgot your birthdate you wrote? What were you lying? You can click on lost password and follow the instructions.

No, but I think you have have them email you a new password to your alternate email address.
