Yes. It was an employee of a polling company that was creating polling information because he didn't have enough time to do the actual polling and meet his clients deadlines.
He was required to pay back his clients for those polls.
It had nothing to do with the actual voting that occurred in our elections.

Geez here goes one why not just make everyone show ID to vote, do it all on computer and not have exit polls. Everytime I go out after voting and someone asks who I voted for I lie anyways its none of their business.
