You don't because you are NOT supposed to marry your family members. You could never have children and if you do, they will have severe birth defects. Find a man that doesn't share the same blood as you. Seriously. Not trying to be rude or smart, just telling you all the risks. Don't do it girl.

i also love my cousin but i cannot propose to him! before i was madly inlove with my cousin but come to think of it whatever happens we cannot be with each other. learn how to understand your situation. you know LOVERS are really blind, and it happens to me. i became blind! but before i blame my self me and my cousin decided to leave each other and face the reality! i moved on. at first it was hard but time heals all the wounds! God created someone to be with you and call your own! you can be happy, try to be patient and wait for the one who's destined to be with you! as of now i'm happy with my life and i have no regrets that i face the reality! goodluck!
