Step 1: Find out what people originally settled the area where you live.
Step 2: Research their ancient culture for an icon or hero or god with a cool name. Find several
Step 3: If you can't settle on one, contact the local paper and see if you can set up some sort of poll system/competition to select the best name, but make sure all the options are names you like so you don't get bad publicity for turning down a selection.
As a general guideline, pick names that are unique without being weird, and something that you can say "the" in front of in casual conversation and have it sound cool and natural. Like, "My office is on the 3rd floor of the Blake."
If you are the owner of the building, I would also recommend naming it after your last name. It might stick after you eventually sell it and give you a lasting legacy in the community.
