ive been with this present company for 2 years. However, ive been a contractor for 2 years with no benefits, no vacation time. im 29 years old and i could really use this stuff. anyways, i was offered a full time job with benefits. It pays $3.00 more.per hour.($15 vs $18 an hour) The only downfall is that the job is about 45 min- 1 hr away. Part of me feels like nervous because i dont know what im getting into with this new company.. IM positive i can do the job. But what if i end up miserable? they always say the grass isnt greener on the other side. the hours for my current job are off sun- tue.and every other wed. 12 hour shifts from 7am to 7pm. this job is tue- sat. 11am to 8pm

Take the job and if you don't like, get another one or go back to contracting. Or see if the present company will hire you as a W-2 employee.

I don't think you should be cause 3 dollars more isn't the biggest step up from your old job if you know what I mean. And the drive! You would be using your extra money to pay for gasoline!
