I don't say that. Personally I am much happier barefooted.

The correct spelling is lose not loose.

We don't say that in California, we say from Head to toe.
But shoes are sort of an aphrodisiac for some women. So maybe that is why.

I and most women I know say from head to toes. I don't know anyone who says from head to shoes.
