I was not pregnant. It was a big nice party with all my family and friends and they all brought me gifts. I was standing in my dream thinking to myself 'Why do they think I am pregnant' and I looked down at my belly and it wasn't round or anything. Then I remember thinking 'I am going to have to take all these gifts back and tell them I'm not pregnant'. What does this dream mean?
PS- I am definitely not pregnant and there is no way I could be at this time.

Sounds like you are just worried about getting peoples hopes up and then disappointing them. Dreams shouldn't be taken to literally.

Perhaps you are looking for someone to love at this time and a baby signifies being loved unconditionally? Or perhaps you sub consciously feel like you are being over looked and want to be the center of attention, even though you feel you don't deserve it. Or perhaps you just ate late and went to bed soon after eating.

I think it is a prosperity dream. You were fertile, received gifts and it was joyful. However, you were trying to give the gifts back. Maybe you are having trouble accepting prosperity, wealth and kindness in your waking life.
