These days, it's about once every 2 or 3 days only, but often twice on that very day.
I masturbate very rarely because I actually film p*rn videos for the internet and I want my ejaculations to be stronger, thicker, and with more volume and velocity, so I "stock up" for a couple of days before a shoot, and then let-er- rip!
I used to masturbate at least once a day, sometimes two, and the maximum I ever did was about 15 times in two days, as an experiment when I was 14 years old.
But now that I am married and have much less time for solo stimulation, I tend to reserve my self-satisfactory session for when I need to shoot the p*rn videos for the internet. I do find myself unable to control myself at times, so there is the odd masturbation session without a camera nearby... But like I said, I try to restrain myself for when the time is required for me to do so.

on the weekend, 20-30 times a day. During the work week, maybe 10-15 times a day.
