im trying to tone up but dont have the time any suggestions?

Dieiting and exercise .. walking it always good. If you don't have the time, check out Walk Away the Pounds .. 1 mile walk is 15 min.

Go on a serious diet and work out like you've gone mad. But, be safe with it. Do it properly, a lot of running, hiking, ride bikes, push ups, sit ups ect..... Eat healthy! The most important thing is stay with it by doing those things and no cheating.

i lost 70 lbs on weight watchers i eat everything i want to eat only smaller portions. and i exercise 4 times a week join a local gym and do lots of cardio!! you can do it! you have to have confidence in yourself and will power, and you get that within your first 10 lbs off!

Don't over eat, eat in smaller plates, don't eat after the sun sets,don't go to sleep after eating ,do a little walking or excercise, definitely no junk food.

are you tring to lose pounds or build up muscle? to lose weight, i loved weight watchers... i never went to meetings, i bought the books and did at home. i love palates... does not take that long to do. also do it at home, and you feel great when you are all done

make it habit to make morning walk and exercise on regular basis. Avoid extra eatings.
