I know it would be fun to take care of, but your best bet would be to take him to an Animal Control Center, because they are properly trained in taking care of animals. Plus when squirrals become older they can become aggressive, and might bite or really hyper. Plus they can raise it so it can go back in the wild when he becomes of a proper age.

Do they have hair on them yet? If yes they are almost big enough to fend for themselves. Give them things like graham crackers and sunflower seeds shelled. After they are healthy eating wise feed them nuts in shells and see what they do. If they are able to bite off the shell to get to the nut they are ready for the wild. Back off feeding them a little less food each day or else they will starve to death. over a period of about 10 days. if they have fuzz but no actual hair they need momma's milk. Go to a pet store and buy a container of kitten formula and a baby bottle made for nursing kittens. They will chew on the nipple so buy 2 or 3. As they get hair on them introduce graham crackers and cereal like Cheerios's or kix to them. Then go to the instruction I gave in the beginning. Realize a baby squirrel will eat about 1tsp of formula about every 2hrs til his tummy is big enough to hold more food just like a newborn baby. Hand raised many small wild creatures, bunnies, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, etc. try not to handle more than necessary. They are still wild creatures who are inbred to be afraid of you. Le them be wild as they were intended. A pet squirrel can be quite a nuisance.

Use cats milk and an eyedropper. Don't be surprised when it dies. Most of them do when they lose the mother.
