Yeah, simply go to your domain and create a new email address, choose something easy to remember, try not to forget it, and write it down near your computer etc. Then you will have an email address.

if ur not using that very regularly, try creating a new one... else go to the domain where u got the mail ID and check for "support" or "help" links...that should help...

u see what u do is aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh... ya
you go to yahoo and search for forgot password.( i know u want ur id ,but its the way)
when u go there , u gotta type ur postal code ,date of birth , and all that
and
there are two boxes.
go for the one where it says type password and find id.
