I have a bedroom snack every night,luckily I have a very high metabolism and get lots of exersize because I eat Haagen Daz Macademia Brittle ice cream every night or Oreos and milk or ginger cookies and milk!

Chocolate or cookies! But I hate brushing my teeth right after the snack I'd rather go to sleep. Bush and floss your teeth after meals!

I exercise a lot, too, so I let myself have snacks. I like to snack on brownies, spicy doritos, actually, pretty much anything that's in my house.

I can't eat right before I go to sleep. It makes me sick and then I can't sleep. sometimes i eat oreos and milk though. Oreo's rock!
