Sexual intercourse does not relieve back pain. It only makes it worse. And if you are feeling relieved its only bcoz after a powerful orgasm a sedative hormone called endorphin is released into your blood which makes you feel relief from all pain for sometime. But thats just temporary. There are certain sexpositions for ppl suffering from back pain. Go to a sexologist n find out. or go for http://www.askmen.com you will probably get a perfect answer.
And about the penis size. Sex never increases penis size. But continueous use of penis however keeps it in good health, always keeping healthy blood flow through it. So sex is never bod for penis.

Neither of those things are true. Sex certainly distracts the mind from back pain but it will do nothing to relieve it.
