Whenever i turn off my computer it first go on stand by mode.After that i turn off then it turns off. I need to turn off from one click like before.

Go into the control panel and open the Power Options icon'
You can set what happens when you turn off the computer in there
It is different for each make/model, so can not be specific, but should be simple enough to find if you hunt a little.

When you click on Turn off make sure that the option for shutdown computer is in the closing box not the stand by.
If this is a notebook you can also go into the control panel and make sure that you have it when you press the power button it shuts down.

You have a wrong configuration setting. Go to CONTROLS page and select POWER options. Choose "Shut down on Power down."

go to control panel/power options/advanced/..you will find 'when I press the power button....' set it to shut down

Please goto start - control panel - power options .
now you will get a pop up.
In this pop up goto
Advanced tab - power buttons - when i press the power button on my computer - select 'shut down' here.
Now goto Hibernate tab - uncheck 'Enable Hibernation'.
This should fix the problem ....
