Pretty typical opening game. Charlie needs to take a bit longer in the pocket. They shoulda had at least two more TD's. "D" front 7 played well, but Ike Taylor was giving too much cushion till late in the game. Fast Willie should get a game ball. He did it all last night. Mia. "D" played tougher than expected, but when you're the champs, every body's gonna bring their "A" game against you.

They did look good but they have the majority of the playmakers from last year w/ exception of Randal El, Big Ben (appendectomy) and the Bus. The Dolphins played better than expected by the media pundits but fell off in the 4th quarter.

Man they looked incredible! Seeing those white and gold uniforms running up and down the field in the 1st game of the season makes me believe that they have every oppurtunity to recreate the dynasty they had in the 70's. I really think that no other team in the NFL has a chance against this team and may even go undefeated for the season. C'mon let's all jump on the Steel bandwagon!

Is it that the Steelers looked so great or that the Dolphins totally blew the game in the 4th quarter? I did enjoy the fireworks though.

I do not know about great. They had trouble passing (beside the long touchdown which was a blown coverage). The Fins we able to pass at will til the 4th Quarter when he defense got some pics.
Good, but not great.
