What are charvas? If you mean chavs, then yes, definitely, they will be kept in zoos as an example of an anthropological experiement that went badly wrong and as a warning to the rest of humanity. I'm building one right now. In Essex.
I'm surprised they aren't in zoos already actually They will of course be treated humanely with respect to their culture. They will be supplied with shell suits, daily copies of The (fun-packed) Sun, The Daily Star, white stilettoes, Pot Noodle, endless packets of fags, dodgy mobile phones and they will naturally be permitted to drop litter wherever they like. They will also be allowed to put their feet up on the seats in trains carriages so long as the said feet are encased in very grubby trainers with a liberal encrustation of dog poo on the soles. The poo must have been sourced from a Pit Bull Terrier.

Humans did not evolve from monkeys, we just share a (rather distant) common ancestor. In addition, evolution is not a directed process, it's random, you can't have one species, population, group, individual or whatever that is more evolved than another one.
As for humans being kept in zoos in the future, I don't think it's likely. It's happened in the past, and society has now changed to the point where it's very widely considered unacceptable to do this, especially in societies where zoos are common.

No, even at this evolutionary level, most of us realise that zoos are bad places, and so zoos are evolving into breeding programs for endangered animals, so that they are not looked at like fur farms.
So in the future, any evolved human would not be depraved enough to lock other creatures in cages for voyeuristic pleasure.

Yes and no.
Yes, if hi-tech society holds together ( and that is an if), then it will almost certainly be controlled and populated mostly by a genetically advanced race (or group of races). If these people are as smart as I think they'll be, they will probably keep small populations of primitive people in large enclosed parks as a sort of genetic reservoir.
No, "chav" and similar trashy urban subcultures will not be allowed to continue because there's no reason for them. They consume resources, contribute nothing, and on top of that, just by existing as what they are, they threaten the civil rights of the truly human part of the population.
In the future when rational thinking has finally been disentangled from the twisted neuroses of Christian cultism, then it will finally be possible to manage our collective evolution in a rational manner. For now the dominant discourse, though emotionally anti-Christian, is for all intents and purposes Christianity without the Jesus talk....

Humans didn't evolve from monkeys and apes, we evolved from a common ancestor. Humans are still technically evolving but its very vaguely noticable.
