Some names that I decided for a girl was Akayzeyah Nikole, AudreyAnna Rashay, and for boys I could only come up with one name and that is Xchyler Levi (Skyler). I need help, I will find a really cute first name but can not find a middle name that clicks with the first name.

I think you are trying too hard to be different. The first name, I can't even try to pronounce, think it would be too confusing. The second name is a bit long, but it's a pretty name. As for the boy's name, I think if you want Skyler, you should stick with that spelling, not the one you chose because it won't make much sense to people, and they won't know how it is supposed to be pronounced. I would at least stick with Schyler, the X is too weird for that name.

Cute is good for babies, but babies grow up. Please consider giving your child a name that they can proudly have as an adult. A name is not just a name- people form opinions- and stereotype people based on their names. Please don't just think of yourself, but think that one day your child may desire to be an ambassador or nuclear physicist. I know everyone what's there child to be unique, but nothing beats a more traditional name for creating a image of intelligence and dignity. And nothing creates a image of foolishness more than a goofy name. Why not name your girl a name associated with royalty such as Victoria or Elizabeth? I really feel for these kids with made up names. They just don't get as big of an advantage as other kids with names like Christian, Steven or Douglas. If you want to create your own name, do your child a big favor, use it for the middle. Congratulations.

I really do not want to offend you, I am just being honest. I am a teacher and to see names that are spelled differently is just stupid. You child will have to spend the rest of his life explaining that their name is not spelled how it sounds. If you want to name a baby "Skyler", just spell it Skyler!!! Every time someone reads their name they will mess it up, and it will be annoying forever. I see that kids really have a hard time when their name has to be explained. Food for thought... Please don't take offense.

don't use any of those names. when the baby gets into school he/she will have a hard time writing it and others will make fun of him/her. i'm also not saying to name her a name on the top 10 list because he/she will end up being called Emily B. or Jacob F.

For a girl I like Ruby
Heidi
Evelyn
Maanika (pronounced Monica) meaning ruby (my own name)
Lucy or Lucille, meaning bringer of light
Lacey
Estrella (pronounced estraya)
Ava
Lola
Scarlet
Brooke
Victoria
Anastasia

if you name you child with a unique first name, then give the child a plainer middle name and visa versa.
congrats! let me know what you name him/her!

I totally agree with Holly P. I'm 35 years old and I still have people mispronouncing my name or calling me something totally different than it should be. It was very embarrasing in grade school and all the way through high school. If you want something different how about making it a middle name.

Please don't burden your child with that awful spelling! He will have a hard enough time learning how to spell Skyler.... Xchyler doesn't even sound right.. that would be really hard for a kid.

You have plenty of time to find a name... it's nothing to stress over.. it will come to you.
