No. Two months is too soon under any circumstances.
Also, I am a nurse and have cared for two quadriplegic men for years. I was also married to an able-bodied man and had five kids.
While you might care for a person with severe disabilities, you will never have a life in which EACH person can give 100% when needed if one partner has such extensive special needs. Then the healthy one will become resentful when she can't hand off duties to the other when sick, tired or whatever.
It's also hard to put up with the inability to be employed and to have sex and hugs indefinitely.

I don't think I would marry any one after knowing them for only 2 months. Doesn't matter if they are physically impaired or not!
