Plan your day the night before. Be realistic--don't give yourself so much to do that you will fail. Sometimes when your "to do" list is so long you get discouraged and stay in bed--or you don't know where to start.

On your list put the things that need attention first. If you then reward yourself somehow when you suceed at you tasks for that day you'll feel good about yourself. If you plan each night for the following day, and do only those things on you list, you won't burn yourself out and soon you'll be all caught up.
