Question

my best freinds dad called me a "douche bag"
this morning, i make like strait A's, i ama cheerleader,
and everyone luvs me. why would he do that? i am only 15,
should i tell my mom? i feel like crying.

sweetheart, you are not a douche bag! I had that happen to me by a friends dad when i was younger, i know how it makes you feel! it makes you feel so small. My Friends dad called me a slug only take the g of the end adn add a t and i was only in Fourth grade. He called me that b/c I said a boy was cute that was in my 4th grade class and he over heard it. I told my mom about it and was no longer allowed to go over to her house. She always had to come to mine. but that was OK with me b/c I wasn't any longer comfortable in front of my friends dad. I would tell your mom and I would not go over there anymore! Hopefully your friend will understand! I am not sure why he called you that, there is no reason for someone else dad to call you that, let alone any dad. If you need to talk to someone I am here. Stay away from him! He will only make you fell worse!

first answer is by a stupid person so don't even pay attention to what that idiot wrote. Your best friends father sounds like a real prize to the male gender, I'll bet if he called you that, god only knows what he says to your friend, and/or the rest of his loved ones. Don't you take that to heart my dear, there are alot of real jerks in the world and at 15 trust me you haven't met half of them yet!!! Don't you let that jerk make you cry, I know your feelings are hurt, understandable! But don't you ever let him know that he got to you! Since this is your best friend, if you can avoid being around him while other adults aren't present, then if anything like that ever occurs again you look him square in the eye and don't you shudder one iota. Just turn and walk away! Tell your mother so that she is aware of this!! Hold your head up high and remember he's the one who has the problem NOT YOU!!!!!

If it really upset you that much, then I would tell your mom, just so she knows what's going on. Did you do anything to make your friend's dad mad at you or anything? What was the circumstance that made him call you that? Try not to let it bother you....if you have other people that are close to you, don't let a douche bag like that ruin your mood :o) Have a good day!
